We are excited to announce a significant update to the permitting process for contractors operating within the Rural Municipality of Moose Mountain #63. To streamline operations and improve efficiency, we have joined the PermitNow App.

 

As per Bylaw 1-2025- Overweight Permits Bylaw: No person shall operate or move or cause to be operated or moved a motor vehicle or load greater than Secondary Weights on a Municipal Road within the boundaries of the Rural Municipality of Moose Mountain #63, other than a road designated as a Primary Haul Route.

 

**Therefore anyone over Secondary Weights at any time of year must first obtain a Municipal Overweight Transportation Permit through PermitNow.**
