When requesting an overweight transportation permit during road ban season, it is in your best interest to give our office 24 hours notice to ensure your request is dealt with and returned in a timely manner.  To avoid any unnecessary delays in processing your permit, please ensure it is filled out completely prior to sending it to our office for approval.  We ask that you please include a highlighted map of your intended route with your request.
